This is an early model I guess of the 70-200mm f/2.8. It does have VR and has the integrated focus (ie the lens doesn't move externally). Anyway, guy I know is selling it cheap because he thinks the AF motor is going on it (plus he has cash apparently and purcahsed a D5 with the newest version of the 70-200).
